March to the 'G'

Essendon FC’s comeback March to the ‘G marked the club’s opening home game of the 2017 season – with 15,000 Dons supporters congregating at Birrarung Marr and descending on the iconic MCG Stadium in unison. This is one of many events that design&deliver co-ordinates for the club throughout the year. We set up a pre-match live site at Biarrarung Marr and ensured the en masse march strode ahead without any slip ups – the event is expected to become a regular tradition ahead of Essendon’s first home game every season.
